 My name is Gary Franklin and you are reading my uncensored Canada Green Grass Seed review. I promise to give you my honest and unbiased opinion of this particular brand of grass seed.

 Why am I writing this? Well, when I was thinking about purchasing CanadaGreen Grass Seed there just weren't many Real reviews around for me to read and so I thought I would write one of my own and maybe help some of you who are in the same position as I was.

 But be Warned… I will be completely honest with you and not give you any thing other than my truthful opinion on this Canadian grass seed. I don't have any fancy 5 star sytem or scale. Just my experience and knowledge with Canada Green grass seeds and I'll share it with you.

 First off I would like to say that the grass seed doesn't just grow like wildfire by tossing it out into the yard. It takes a little light prep work of the soil but nothing backbreaking.

 I will also say that some of the claims on the commercials and advertisements are far fetched and lean towards being untrue… things like being able to grow without any soil or much water. I tried this for the purpose of this review and didn't have much luck. However I did find out that Canada Green grass seeds are made in such a way that they can retain water and have a coating of fertilizer surrounding each grass seed so I guess the claims are not impossible.

 Let me tell you a little more about exactly what the Canada Green Grass lawn seed mixture is before I go on…

So just what exactly is Canada Green Grass Seed and what gives it the reputation for being so Amazing?

 Canada Green grass lawn seed mixture is a proprietary blended grass seed product that contains a mixture of different species of grasses. The composition is 42 percent Red Fescue grass, 30 percent Kentucky bluegrass, 25 percent Annual Ryegrass, 2.5 percent inert matter, and .5 percent of weed and other planting grass seed.

 Sometimes referred to as "All Season Grass",   Canada Green grass seed is inexpensive, it flourishes easily, and most importantly it is simple to plant and makes grass maintenance a breeze. C< This particular blend of lawn grass seed was developed to survive the wide ranges of temperatures and climates in Canada and is often advertised as being able to grow without any soil at all! Canadian grass seed is coated in fertilizer along with a water retaing compound which allows for a rapid germination process.

 Canada Green lawn seed started to grow in a matter of only a few days of planting grass. I was personally able to quickly produce a lush green lawn and to my disbelief it actually STAYED GREEN! Many of my friends and neighbors are simply Amazed at the thickness and density of their professional looking lawns after planting Canada Green grass seed in their yards. The lawn grass is extremely resiliant and will grow in any climate. I live in the south where the sun can scorch grass some months but I don't even really need to worry about WHEN to plant grass when I am planting grass with Canada Green lawn seed !

 Canada Green Grass Seed is also the choice of most golf courses. Most consider CanadaGreen grass seed to be among the best grass seed out there. This is due to the fact they need assurance that those lush green fairways will stay that way despite all of the foot and cart traffic they receive. The lawn seed will do wonders to crowd out unsightly weeds and crabgrass. Canada Green grass is insect and weather resistant, traffic tolerant, and is an excellent shade grass.  Whether you want to seed an entire lawn or just fill in some bare patches in the back yard, Canada Green grass seed is the answer! Very little labor or prep work is required beyond a little rake work and some watering with the garden hose. You will reap way more lawn for the little time you sow. A 2 pound bag of this lawn grass seed will cover approximately 1000 sq. feet. I have found different sized bags ranging from 2 pounds up to 12 pounds for very inexpensive prices. Take it from a guy who plays alot of golf but spends even more time working on his lawn…  I finally tried Canada Green grass seed and I soon realized that my only lawn problem was that I had to mow grass more often!

 After purchasing your Canada Green Grass Seed it is now time to get it into the ground. Even though Canada Green grass lawn seed mixture is the best grass seed and can be grown on a soil-less bed, you can insure long life for your lawn by putting in a little light work and preparing the planting surface prior to planting grass seeds. CanadaGreen grass seed can be used to grow a new lush green lawn, to over-seed an existing one, or to simply fill in bare patches in your yard.

 Here are 5 simple steps you should follow in planting your Canada Green grass seeds:

1) For new lawns you want to loosen the top 2-3 inches of soil. For existing lawns you will need to mow grass as short as possible and loosen the top 1/4 inch of soil in the bare spots by turning over with a small shovel. This process helps the new grass seed take root where the old grass obviously would not grow.

2) Secondly, you will need to remove all debris (sticks, stones, leaf litter, dead grass, etc.) with a rake and break up any clumps of soil larger than a silver dollar. Fill any areas that might collect excessive water with top soil.

3) Next, spread Canadian grass seed evenly by hand for small areas or use a mechanical seeder for larger areas. Read packaging to determine rate of canada green lawn seed per square foot based on your individual conditions. A 2 pound bag of Canada Green grass seed will typically cover 1000 square feet however newer lawns will need more lawn grass seed per sq. ft. while over-seeding and patching may require less grass seed.

4) After seeding you will want to lightly nestle the lawn grass seeds into the soil with a rake, partially burying the grass seed and  being careful not to cover them completely. *Optional: Cover the canadian grass seed with a fertilizer to hold seeds in place and discourage squirrels and birds.

5) Water the planted Canada Green grass seeds until the soil is moist never allowing the soil to dry out completely. Use a light mist of water rather than a strong jet to avoid displacement of newly planted lawn grass seed. Continue to keep area moist by watering daily until you have noticed new Canada Green grass growing in, usually within a week.

6) Enjoy your new lawn full of lush Canada Green grass !
